These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Writer Mythos (the “Service”), operated by Writer Mythos (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Writer Mythos is an AI-powered platform for researching, generating, and managing SEO content. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Plans include monthly usage allowances (such as article and image credits). Allowances reset each billing cycle and unused amounts do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the content generated for you through the Service (“Output”). You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing Output before using or publishing it, including verifying its accuracy, originality, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights. AI-generated content may contain errors or unintentionally resemble existing material, and we make no guarantee of accuracy, originality, or search-ranking results.

You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and Output as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, or harmful, or that facilitates fraud or abuse.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the Service beyond the limited right to use it as intended.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as AI, hosting, and payment providers). Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will achieve any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writer Mythos and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Writer Mythos from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Writer Mythos operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
